Directs, administers and coordinates all activities of the hospital, assumes full operational and management responsibilities for the organization. Requires professional demeanor, with a high level of integrity and flexibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals. Five years prior healthcare/hospital administration required.   Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or other health care related field preferred.

Requires current licensure in the State of Missouri.  Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.  ER experience preferred.   Bilingual communication a plus.  Excellent benefits and compensation. Great medical support staff. 1

DIRECTOR OF PATIENT CARE SERVICES
Directs, supervises and coordinates functions and activities in Patient Care Service Departments and assumes 24-hour accountability for all assigned departments.  Develops departmental goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies, and procedures for managing Patient Care Service Departments.   Organizes and directs specified patient care in accordance with administrative guidelines to meet regulatory and Medical Staff guidelines.  Assists in providing leadership, direction, and administration of operations.   Functions as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team to develop and evaluate the effect of proposed procedural changes as they relate to patient care.

GREEN CITY CLINIC RECEPTIONIST
PART TIME
Requires good customer service skills.  Has the ability to collaborate, communicate and cooperate with others.  Does not pose a threat to the health and safety of others.  Requires the ability to think clearly, analyze and solve problems and the capacity to work independently with limited supervision.  Medical receptionist experience and Bi-lingual a plus. Demands a high level of confidentiality.  Must have a clean, well-groomed appearance.  1

Milan Family Practice Clinic
FULL TIME
Requires current licensure in the State of Missouri.  Must have current BLS.  EMR experience beneficial.  Must be able to communicate, present information effectively & work cooperatively.  Requires excellent attendance record & customer service skills and professional demeanor.  Review lab, x-ray, procedure results and consultative reports w/ Physicians and Nurse Practitioner.

TELEMETRY TECHNICIAN
FULL TIME
Identify and responds to potentially life-threatening rhythm changes, record rhythms during code, continuous EKG monitoring with accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias and interval measurements. Appropriately responding to all monitor alarms. Training provided on site. Other responsibilities as assigned.1

Full Time - Days
Duties include general housekeeping and laundry duties, ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate a buffer. Must be responsible, reliable, well groomed.  Ability to coordinate & work well with others. Institutional or industrial exp. preferred. 1

Manages employees and coordinates facility maintenance.  Helps establish standards and procedures.

Provides technical guidance and administrative direction over diet planning, menu formulation, patient nutritional care and preparation and serving of foods.  Requires a B.S. Degree and ADA Registration.
