Skilled Care services, (also referred to as Swing Bed services) are a step between hospital and home. Our staff provides compassionate nursing care, 24 hours a day, to help our patients return home safely.
Skilled care can help patients who need:
- IV Medications
- Wound Care – including wound vacs
- Rehab after Surgery
- Therapy after a Stroke, Accident or Injury
- Rehab or Skilled Care after a recent hospitalization

Family & Friends’ Visitation with Patients (according to guidelines)

On-site Beauty shop / Barber services (at patient expense)
